RJ Bloke (Patrolled by Radar)
RJ Bloke aka Jay Souza is the singer-songwriter for roots rock, alt-country band Patrolled By Radar based in Los Angeles, CA. His mother is the great granddaughter of Irish poet William Butler Yeats.
Shortly after Bloke was born in Boston, MA the family relocated to Atlanta, GA. At age 5, his father left his mother taking he and his younger brother back to Boston where they were raised around the family trucking business, in a 'triple decker' along with an aunt, uncle, and seven cousins. He rode shotgun on the big-rigs most summers during childhood, throughout the Northeast.
After college Bloke drove to Los Angeles without a license, registration, or windshield wipers, where he now lives with his wife Brooke and dog Aero.
20 year old singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist born in the SF Bay Area. With influences from Eva Cassidy, Joni Mitchell, James Taylor, and Norah Jones, Lucy has a unique, acoustic sound and spreads positivity and emotion through her melodies.
Breaking down the walls of a cubicle, Jake Bernard shed his 9-5 to return to his positive, feel-good roots. Reflecting his inner-optimist, Jake's beach-pop sound meshes the more colorful sides of Jason Mraz and John Mayer, and he's appeared at the Hotel Cafe, BMI's Acoustic Lounge (Genghis Cohen), The Levitt Pavilion (with American Idol's Nick Fradiani), and The Bitter End. The Huffington Post recognizes his beach-pop sound as "intoxicating," and his love letter and tribute to Philadelphia, "City of Love," was recognized by Mayor Kenney and the Philadelphia Phillies.
The Connecticut native recently shared "words2say," depicting an awkward hopeless romantic unable to connect with the perfect ten. In November, he debuted "this," a moving first-dance ballad about two people who find everything in one another as they grow old together - dedicated to his cousin Emma and her husband Daniel who were married the day before the record's release.
Now based in Los Angeles, Jake is spreading his roots amongst fans and friends on the West Coast, aiming to spend as much time as he can by the beach with all of them and his guitar, "Tay."
