    Today Escort, a Brooklyn native nu-disco band, released their Sophomore studio album, City Life. One of the songs, Outta My Head, has already caught the attention of many as they dropped its new music video. It is a shot for shot replication of Journey’s “Separate Ways”. It was created with the aims to mirror eighties cheese, and the intense performances within.     First Wave of Talent Announced for Echo Park Rising 2018

    Warpaint guitarist Theresa Wayman’s project TT and song siren Shannon Shaw of Shannon and The Clams lead the eighth annual Echo Park Rising music, art and local business festival on Friday and Saturday’s outdoor Liberty Stage. Expanded family programming and curatorial partners fill dozens of Echo Park businesses of Thursday, August 16th through Sunday August 19th, 2018.
