Effective May 1st 2020 for all Spaceland Concerts & Venues:
As COVID-19 puts concerts on pause, we’ve created the Ticket Refund Plan to give you refund options if you have tickets to a show that is cancelled or rescheduled.
Starting May 1st, fans will have the ability to request a refund for any Spaceland show that is cancelled or rescheduled within 30 days of receiving an email from Spaceland that their event status has changed.
Once an event has been postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled – you should have received (or will receive) an email from Spaceland / Eventbrite with instructions on how to process a refund.
For Spaceland venues and concerts, if a show is cancelled purchasers will have an additional option to opt in to receiving their refund as a 150% credit, which can be used towards a future ticket purchase at Echo, Echoplex or Regent. *This only applies to shows that are cancelled*
For postponed shows, fans will be able to select their refund option once the new date is announced. If 60 days have passed since a show was postponed and no rescheduled dates have been announced, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.
For March and April shows that were rescheduled, fans will start to see the refund options for their show beginning May 1st. For any March and April shows that were already cancelled, those were automatically sent for refund and not eligible for any additional options under the Ticket Relief Plan.
Cancelled Shows
All tickets for cancelled shows purchased on the primary ticketing platform will be available for full refunds inclusive of service charges, where applicable. The cost of expedited shipping and merchandise will not be refunded. For Spaceland venues and concerts, if a show is cancelled purchasers will have an additional option to opt in to receiving their refund as a 150% credit, which can be used towards a future ticket purchase at Echo, Echoplex or Regent.
Rescheduled Shows
Once a new date is announced, ticket holders should receive an e-mail advising them that refunds will be available for a 30-day window, with instructions on how to secure their refund. Refunds will be issued for the ticket price plus applicable service charges, where applicable. The cost of expedited shipping and merchandise will not be refunded.
In addition, if you do not elect a refund within the 30-day window, you tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. After this 30-day window closes, your tickets will no longer be available for a refund.
Postponed Shows
Postponed shows are those that are still in the process of being rescheduled and assigned a new date. These shows will be made available for refunds when the event producer finalizes the new routing of the show and provides this information to Ticket Purchasers. If the show is not rescheduled within 60 days from when it was publicly postponed, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time. Upon confirmation of the new date or expiration of the 60-day period, the same procedure for rescheduled shows should be followed as outlined above.
